Insurance
Dr. Minami does not participate in insurance plans. Full payment is due at the time of service via credit card or Zelle. Dr. Minami will provide you a receipt (or "Superbill") at the time of service that can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. It is recommended that you check with your insurance company about out-of-network mental health benefits coverage.

Paid meter parking is available on Wilshire Boulevard in front of the building and on 23rd Street on the side of the building (north of Wilshire Boulevard).
Free 2-hour street parking is also available on 23rd Street, a little beyond the metered parking.
NEWPORT BEACH LOCATION
Parking:
Free parking is conveniently available in the open-air parking lot directly outside of the building.
